Samsung Galaxy Sanitizing Service Is Now Available In Malaysia; Also Open To Non-Samsung Phones

Samsung recently has announced a new service called Galaxy Sanitizing Service which is available in several markets throughout the world including Malaysia. The timing of the service is rather on point due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 which has deemed as pandemic by the World Health Organization.

According to Samsung, the sanitation process didn’t use any chemicals. Instead, the company utilizes UV-C light which it has tested to make sure that the sanitizing machine would not affect user’s devices. However, Samsung has also pointed out that the machine is not made by the company itself and the effectiveness of each sanitizer might vary from one location to another.

In Malaysia, the Galaxy Sanitizing Service is available at all Samsung Service Centers throughout the country. For those who want to sanitize their Samsung Galaxy tablets and smartwatches, they can do so specifically at the service center in The Gardens and Pavilion KL.

There is no charges for the service and believe it or not, users can also bring their non-Samsung phones to be sanitized through the service. For more details, check out Samsung Malaysia’s official website.
