AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3990X 64-Core CPU Now Available in Malaysia For RM 16,999

After its availability was announced by AMD at CES 2020 last month, the AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3990X has finally made its way throughout the world. Interesting enough, the new high-end desktop (HEDT) CPU is also readily available in Malaysia right now.

For those who are not aware of the new chip, the Ryzen Threadripper 3990X is a 64-core and 128-thread CPU that is mainly targeted for content creators and professionals. Running at a base clock speed of 2.9GHz, the 280W chip can run at a maximum speed of 4.3GHz.

With the support for quad-channel DDR4-3200 RAM and PCIe 4.0, AMD has previously claimed that the new chip able to deliver up to 51% more performance in 3D Ray Tracing on Maxon Cinema4D Renderer. On Cinebench R20.06, the chip has apparently scored 25,399 points.

As for the pricing, the new Ryzen Threadripper 3990X can be obtained immediately in Malaysia for RM 16,999.
