Apple shows off a new LEGO AR game at WWDC

Apple showed off a new LEGO game at the Worlds Wide Developers conference that takes advantage of ARKit 2.

The new LEGO game lets users scan in their real-life LEGO sets into AR where they get surrounded by a virtual LEGO world.

In the demo, two people play the game in AR together looking around the lego town to find missions and other interactive elements.

By the end of the demo, the players were working together to put out a little LEGO fire by driving a little fire truck.

No release date was mentioned, but Apple did state it would provide further detail by the end of the year.
