Puma Reveals The Release Date and Pricing For Sonic The Hedgehog Shoes

Still remember the Puma x Sonic The Hedgehog shoes from few months ago? As stated in our previous report, the special edition shoe will be made available in June which is why it is about time for Puma to reveal more information regarding its collaboration with Sega.

As you can see, the shoes which are called RS-0 Sonic are draped in blue, white, and red just like the well-known game character. There is also references to the Green Hill Zone which is the first level in the original Sonic The Hedgehog game as well as the gold rings in selected area within the shoes.

At the same time, Puma will also be releasing another Sonic-related shoes in the form of RS-Dr. Eggman. Just like the RS-0 Sonic, the theme of Eggman’s shoes is based on well-recognizable characteristics of the villain such as his signature red shirt and the caution lines on Egg Mobile.

Priced at  USD 130 (about RM 517), these shoes are scheduled for release on 5 June in Europe before making their way to US on 12 June. It is not known at the moment if we will be able to see either of these shoes in Malaysia just yet.

We are now reaching out to Puma Malaysia to obtain further details, so let’s hope there would be some good news ahead.
