PowerColor To Unveil Its Radeon RX Vega 56 Nano At Computex 2018

PowerColor has recently announced that it will be showcasing a rather “special” graphics card during the upcoming Computex 2018 expo. To be more specific, the company will be showcasing the Radeon RX Vega 56 Nano Edition during the event. We’ve last heard about this graphics card a few weeks ago; more information can be found here.

Despite this, many thought that PowerColor would be unveiling the long overdue RX Vega Nano graphics card, which was first showcased by AMD at Siggaraph 2017 – it isn’t, unfortunately. The company made no mention of the specifications of the Radeon RX Vega 56 Nano Edition either. It’s also not known whether the GPU inside this graphics card will be based on the 7nm process technology.

As mentioned in our previous article, the Radeon RX Vega 56 Nano Edition features an all black cooler shroud along with one open-air cooling fan. It draws power via one 8-pin and 6-pin power connectors. Performance figures weren’t given, but we do expect this graphics card to perform slower compared to other full-sized custom RX Vega 56 models.

Regardless, we’ll be sure to keep an eye out for the Radeon RX Vega 56 Nano Edition during Computex 2018. More specific information would most probably be released by then.
