Here’s What Your PC Needs To Run Death Stranding

The PC release for Death Stranding has been delayed to 14 July. But despite the delay, we’re drawing pretty close the date. And Kojima Productions has now revealed the minimum and recommended PC specs that the game needs to run. And they look pretty modest, except for maybe the GPU.

The studio shared the minimum and recommended specs on Twitter. And it looks like 8GB of RAM with 80GB of storage space is the common element across all three categories. On the lowest end, you’ll need an Intel Core-i5-3470 or an AMD Ryzen 3 1200, and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 or an AMD Radeon RX 560 to run the game in 720p and 30fps.

To push it up to Full HD, you’ll need at least an Intel Core i5-4460 or an AMD Ryzen 5 1400 with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or an AMD Radeon RX 570. Pushing it even further to 60fps, you’ll need an Intel Core i7-3770 or an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 or an AMD Radeon RX 590.

As Kojima Production says, the game will be able to run on relatively old CPUs. The GPUs the game demands are newer, but as long as you’ve changed to a new one in the past three or so years, you should be able to run Death Stranding on your PC just fine.
