Express Rail Link Will Temporarily Suspends Operations Starting 4 April
Express Rail Link (ERL) has announced that it will suspend its rail services temporarily, starting 4 April 2020. ERL says that the suspension falls in line with the ongoing Movement Control Order (MCO) and will be in place until its lifts on 14 April.
ERL has been running limited services since 25 March and has combined both KLIA Expres and KLIA Transit services during this period. In the meantime, customers who have purchased their ticket to travel after 4 April can get a refund by submitting their unused ticket to the companyโs official customer service email, CustomerEnquiry@KLIAekspres.com.

In the meantime, ERL is asking passengers to make alternative arrangement for transportation to areas within the proximity of each ERL station. On that note, the company has been gracious enough to provide a sheet listing down the forms of alternative transport available during the suspension.
