realme Teases Narzo Name On Twitter; One Model Already In The Wild
Chinese smartphone brand realme has teased on Twitter something called Narzo. Reports indicated that this could be a new series of phones by the company. But with that being said, the teaser itself doesn’t give much clues as for what it really is.
For better or worse, a realme Narzo 10 was also spotted in a store not too long after the teaser. Someone event went on and ran an AnTuTu benchmark on the device, revealing quite a bit about the phone. For one, it has the model number of RMX2040, which is reportedly the same model number as the realme 6i.
One of my source just tipped that RMX2040, possibly the upcoming #realme Narzo 10, was spotted in retail store and had a pretty decent benchmark score. The Mediatek G80 seems like a good processor, on par with SD712. Looks like Narzo will start from sub-15K segment?#realmeNarzo10 pic.twitter.com/0c1NMnZg8p

And then there’s the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset, which is also reportedly what the realme 6i comes with. So with this, it’s difficult to tell if the realme Narzo 10 is a rebrand of the realme 6i in certain markets.
At any rate, the company has scheduled a launch event for 26 March 2020. That’s when the company will be officially unveiling the Narzo 10 and 10A. The latter actually looks a lot like the realme C3 that landed on our shores not too long ago. We’ll finf out on the day itself, what the whole Narzo thing is about.
