Toss Your Witcher 3 PC Saves To The Nintendo Switch
So you caved in and picked up The Witcher 3 on Nintendo Switch, despite already owning it on PC. Well, thank your orens because the latest update now allows you to port over your PC saves to the Switch.
Part of Update 3.6 released on 18 February, CD Projekt Red added save file integration with Steam and GOG versions of the game. The developer also notes that the Switch’s Cloud Save feature will not recognise manually renamed save files. Additionally, bugs and blockers from mods might get transferred as well, so keep that in mind.

It introduces save file integration with GOG and Steam, and adds more graphical settings, making it possible to customize visual fidelity, among others.

Other new features in the Switch version of the game includes touch control support and more graphical customisation. Specifically, the game’s HUD, menu navigation, and Gwent gameplay now features touch-based controls. Whereas graphics options now include customisable depth of field, anti-aliasing, motion blur and more.
