Popular online portal theStar Online has gone down today amidst the flurry of activity due to the current political situation in the country.

Visitors to the site at https://www.thestar.com.my have been presented with a PHP Laravel based error attributing the outage to a SQL Server kicking back a ‘Too Many Connections’ error.
