Domino’s Pizza Issues Public Apology for Filing Police Report Against It’s Own Customers

Domino’s Pizza Malaysia has published a public video apology via its official Facebook page over last week’s fiasco when one of its outlets filed a police report against its own customers.

Vice President of Domino’s Pizza Malaysia, Shamsul Amree gave a brief explanation of the entire chain of events leading up to the police report – and admitted that Domino’s were at fault for getting the police involved, and causing unnecessary and undue distress to their customers.

Shamsul Amree has also assured current and future Domino’s customers that they have learned a hard lesson from this fiasco and assures that it will not be repeated.

The police complaints filed against it’s customers has also been revoked, and Shamsul Amree has personally visited the aggrieved customers to apologize for their action.

Knee-jerk reactions are never a good solution, and we hope that future disputes between service providers and customers will be handled in a much more tactful and amicable manner.
