Google Assistant now allows users to more easily stop an alarm or timer.

Starting today, users can now halt alarms or timers by simply saying “stop” without using the phrase “Hey Google” first.

This could be handy for multiple reasons, such as stopping your morning wake-up alarm or your workout timer.

This feature is available in English-speaking areas today for Google Home and smart displays.
