Apple iPhone 11 To Supposedly Sport “Frosted Glass” Casing; Design To Be Similar To Google Pixel 3

Just a few days ago, Ming-Chi Kuo, an industry specialist revealed an abundance of rumours regarding Apple’s product release in 2019. One of the rumours is about the highly anticipated iPhone 11.

According to Kuo, the new iPhone 11 will be using “frosted glass casing” instead of a glass panel that was used in previous models. The casing design would be interesting, considering the design of the Pixel 3’s matte and glass combination, having an iPhone with the same design language would be a refreshing change from the iPhone’s current all-glass back design.

Throughout the years, the iPhone has undergone several changes and materials in its design. It has used plastic, aluminium, glass with carefully curved antennas. and more recently, a glossy glass back design for the iPhone XS series and iPhone XR.

Assuming that the rumours were accurate, users should be able to have a fairly new experience using the upcoming iPhone 11 with the “frosted glass casing”. But until then, take this news with a large grain of salt.
