Twitter users on Android can now switch to chronological feeds
Twitter has announced that Android users can now switch to a reverse-chronological order feed.
Previously, Twitter would only show tweets that its algorithms have determined are the most relevant to users. However, this could bring up tweets from several hours or even one day prior, which didn’t exactly help one stay on top of more recent events.

Now, Android users can tap the ‘sparkle’ icon in the top-right corner of the home page to switch between ‘Latest Tweets show up as they happen’ (reverse-chronological) and ‘Home shows your top Tweets first’ (most relevant).
This feature rolled out to iOS users in December.
