Another Motorola Razr Patent Sighted; Now Features Iconic Bottom Chin
The patent sighting in August suggested that the Motorola Razr was rumoured to be making a comeback. It was also said to be an extremely pricey phone at that. Another patent sighting adds to the list another piece of evidence that the iconic phone is making a comeback.
The new patent filing was made at the World Intellectual Property Organisation. The depiction of the phone also looks pretty different compared to what was seen in August. But that’s not a bad thing, as it now looks a lot more like the Razr that we’re all familiar with.
One important thing remains the same though, and that’s the fact that it features a folding screen. Beyond that, though, it looks like not much else has been revealed.
While long-time fans of the Razr will no doubt be excited for the phone, it’s important to remember that it may cost as high as US$1500 (~RM6162).
