OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition Could Retail For More Than RM3300 In Malaysia
The OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition is slated for in less than two hours. A souped version of the current OnePlus 6T, the one thing missing from the launch announcement was the phone’s official retail price. That is, up until today.
According to an “exclusive leak” tweeted by Ishan Agarwal (@IshanAgarwal24), it appears that the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition will cost 699 Euros (~RM3329) in most European countries, and 709 Euros (RM3369) in others. This sort of pricing for a premium flagship smartphone isn’t all that uncommon; Samsung’s base variant of the Galaxy Note 9 retails for RM3699, while standard Huawei Mate 20 has an SRP of RM3199.
All factors considered, it really wouldn’t surprise us if the phone will cost about the same or more when it finally arrives in Malaysia.
Another EXCLUSIVE LEAK! OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition (10GB+256GB) will cost
€699 in most European countries and €709 in others.
This is a lot of money for sure! But yes, don't covert these into your currencies as OnePlus has diff. price in diff. regions.#SalutetoSpeed pic.twitter.com/5ZOQvakJuc

Most of the specs for the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition remains the same as the normal version, save for the juiced up Warp Charge 30 feature, which gives the phone a day’s worth of power for just 20 minutes of charging. Other differences include 10GB RAM (versus the 6GB and 8GB in the original), and the obvious McLaren skin design for the phone. In any case, we’ll just have to wait another hour and a half to see if the leaked price is true.
