RM 3000 Is All You Need To Start Buying A House On Lazada This December

As promised, Lazada together with Mah Sing today has revealed more information on how customers are able to purchase houses through the famed e-commerce platform. Available in the form of landed houses and apartments, these houses are in Rawang, Sentul, Cheras, Bangi, and Penang.

With a starting price of RM 424,000, it goes without saying that customers don’t have to pay the full price of the homes when they “purchased” the house through Lazada. Instead, what they need to pay is just RM 3000 as registration fee which is refundable if the purchase didn’t go through.

While customers are only able to add these homes into their Lazada’s cart from 10 to 12 December, they are able to preview these homes starting from today onwards. Mah Sing will also be offering 5% incentives that worth of up to RM 30,000 to customers that interested to purchase these homes which will be made available in limited quantities and on first-come, first-serve basis.
