Google announces ‘Pixel Slate’ Chrome OS 2-in-1 tablet
Mountain View search giant Google used its October 9th, 2018 Made by Google event to formally announce and unveil the ‘Pixel Slate,’ a Chrome OS-powered tablet that’s a sort of spiritual successor to 2015’s Pixel C Android tablet.
While the Pixel Slate looks like an Android tablet at first glance, it’s actually a convertible 2-in-1 Chrome OS device.
"For life at work and at play, we’re bringing the power and productivity of a desktop to a gorgeous tablet called Pixel Slate…. " – Rick Osterloh #madebygoogle

The device runs Android 9 Pie, comes with a Google Pen stylus and features a keyboard cover with round keys that also serves as a stand.
More to come…
