Touch ‘n Go Retires SmartTAG: Effective Immediately

Touch ‘n Go has announced on its official website that the company has ceased the sale of its SmartTAG immediately. The device which was first released into the market back in 1999 will be replaced by RFID sticker that will be begin its public pilot test starting from next month onwards.

Fret not though, your SmartTAG still can be used at the moment.
