Samsung Galaxy Watch Accidentally Revealed On Samsung’s Own Website
Samsung appears to have indirectly confirmed that it is indeed launching the Samsung Galaxy Watch. The leak comes from the Samsung website itself, where a product page temporarily appeared before being quickly taken down.
Twitter user @sugabeticme was the first to notice the page and promptly alerted CNET to its existence. Few details were available on leaked page; only allowing us to learn that the Galaxy Watch will come in Rose Gold with a 42mm wristband. No other specifications appeared.
Another detail is the model number SM-R810NZDAXAR, which isn’t an exact match with earlier filings. But it does have the same R800 series indicator that close enough to mean that this is a variant.
Samsung has been rumoured to be releasing a new smartwatch at its Unpacked event next month. Supposedly showing a new wearable meant to accompany the upcoming Galaxy Note 9. We know very little about this new device, and the leak hasn’t exactly helped on that front.
