VOLGOGRAD (Sputnik) - Deputy UK Ambassador to Russia Lindsay Skoll and UK and Russian football fans laid flowers at Mamayev Kurgan, a World War II memorial located in the southern Russian city of Volgograd, the press service of local football club Rotor said Monday.
