Computex 2018: ASUS Announces ROG Ryujin And Ryuo AiO Water Coolers For CPUs

During its ROG event, ASUS also announced two new AiO (All-in-One) water coolers for the desktop gaming enthusiast. The coolers are the ROG Ryujin and the ROG Ryuo, and they were created in collaboration with renown CPU cooler manufacturer, Noctua.

The ROG Ryujin comes with two radiator options: 240mm and 360mm. Stating the obvious, the 240mm Ryujin variant support up to two 120mm fans, while the 360mm supports three fans. Regardless of model, all the fans spin at 2000 RPM, and have a acoustic noise level of just 29.7 decibels.

The radiator pump is also unique; it is the world’s first pump to have a 1.77-inch colour OLED display built into it, and is also customisable.

Moving on, the ROG Ryuo is an AiO cooler that ASUS designed for compact and mid-size gaming PCs. Like the Ryujin, the radiator of the Ryuo is available in two sizes: a single 120mm, or a dual 240mm radiator. The fans used with the Ryuo are also slightly faster than the fans on the Ryujin, spinning at 2500 RPM. It also has the same 1.77-inch OLED display built into its radiator pump.

Both the Ryujin and Ryuo AiO coolers are made of aluminium, with a copper contact plate. All coolers will also have ASUS’ Aura Sync RGB built into it.

The ROG Ryujin and Ryuo AiO coolers will be available during the third quarter of this year. No official local pricing was announced at the time.
